Interstate migrants are migrating with families as well as individuals either accommodates in the industry of in the settlements on their own risk. They are being exploited at the worksite as well as in the living places. At so many places there is no proper registration of migrant workers and so they are remaining unaddressed. In the workplace, the migrants have very less representation in the labour committees, lacks access to entitlements etc. The children of Migrant Workers who moved with their family have lost their nurturing environment for childhood. They are highly vulnerable for school dropouts, child trafficking, child labour, child abuse, etc.

To address all their issues and untold situations, there is no such helplines functioning in the workplace to solve the grievance.  So we intended to establish the Helpline to provide immediate and emergency responses to the migrants. Helpline helps to solve the grievances as early as possible and to create better living conditions by protecting their rights.

With the collaboration of Government Department like Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health Department (DISH) and District Legal Service Authority (DLSA) conducts Legal Camps for solve the grievance of the community and workers.
